A bedside that sits at 55cm high works at mattress level for most beds, so you reach sideways rather than down in the dark. The arched shelf keeps a book and water glass within arm's reach without opening anything, and the drawer below takes the things you would rather not see from bed. At 45cm wide and 35cm deep it fits into corners or tight spaces without dominating the room. The Winewood Oak finish suits a bedroom with darker woods or neutral walls equally well. It works beside a single or small double bed, in a bedroom where floor space matters, or as a side table for a low platform bed.
